At the conference, Standing Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City Labor Federation Nguyen Van Quyet awarded the decision to establish the Trade Union of Tinno Vietnam Co., Ltd., admitting 531 company employees who are trade union members.
Tinno Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise, located in An Duong Industrial Park, specializing in producing phones, iPads, smartwatches... The company officially operates stably from July 2025, currently creating jobs for 531 workers, including 298 female workers.
According to representatives of the grassroots Trade Union, after the company was established and put into operation, the collective of employees in the company always wanted to establish a Trade Union organization to be a representative, protecting their legitimate and lawful rights and interests. The Board of Directors wishes to establish a trade union organization to have reliable partners to dialogue, listen to the voices of employees, build harmonious and stable labor relations, and realize the company's strategic vision.
With dedicated guidance and full support from the Industrial Park Trade Union Board, on March 2, 2026, the Company's Trade Union Establishment Mobilization Board was established; starting to deploy propaganda and mobilize workers to join the Trade Union and prepare conditions for establishing grassroots trade unions. Through propaganda sessions, 100% of workers applied to join the trade union.
At the conference, representatives of the City Labor Federation leaders requested the Executive Committee of grassroots trade unions to urgently develop a work program, internal regulations, and operating rules; collect opinions from workers to develop the content of collective labor agreements, towards successful negotiation and signing.
Grassroots trade unions play a good role in representing and protecting the rights and interests of union members, promptly grasping their thoughts and aspirations to coordinate with employers to resolve them.
