Sharing joy from Trade Union Homes
The "Trade Union Home" program has become a strong mark in the work of caring for and supporting union members and workers (CNLĐ) in difficult circumstances in Ninh Binh.
On the morning of March 13, a working delegation of the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation came to encourage and provide financial support to build "Trade Union Shelter" houses for three families of union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the province. Accordingly, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation has provided financial support of 50 million VND/household, thereby helping them rebuild a more solid and safer house.
Sharing about the joy of receiving support from the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation, Mr. Vu Linh - a worker at Smart Shirts Garments Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Bao Minh (Bao Minh Industrial Park, Lien Minh commune, Ninh Binh province) - expressed his emotion: "From the funding support of the Provincial Labor Federation and the help of relatives and family, my husband and I have built an 80m2 flat roof house. This is a great source of spiritual and material encouragement to help my husband and I feel secure in our work and rise up in life.
For Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich, a worker at Danli Vietnam Toy Co., Ltd. (Bao Minh Industrial Park), a solid house was once a distant dream. As a single mother raising two young children and a sick elderly mother, for many years her family had to live in a degraded level 4 house. Thanks to the support of the Trade Union organization, she has built a new, more spacious and safer house.
Ms. Bich emotionally shared: "With my meager salary, I can only provide enough for my children and my elderly mother. I didn't dare to think that one day I could build a new house. I am very grateful to the Trade Union for accompanying and helping my family stabilize their lives.
