On January 4, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor informed that Emulation Cluster No. 4 had just held a conference to summarize the emulation movement and trade union activities in 2024 and signed the emulation program for 2025.
Emulation cluster No. 4 (under the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation) includes the Labor Federations of Lak, Krong Bong, Ea Kar, M'Drak and Krong Pac districts.
In 2024, trade unions at all levels mobilized union members and workers to contribute more than 1.2 billion VND to the fund "Support union members and workers of Dak Lak province".
Thereby, it is proposed that competent authorities support funding to build new and repair 22 "Union Shelters" for union members with housing difficulties.
In 2024, trade unions at all levels developed 562 new union members and established 21 grassroots unions. Units also introduced and developed 431 new Party members.
Many emulation movements were initiated, attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate and achieving many outstanding results.
Mr. Nguyen Phu Lap - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and commended the results of the trade union work of Emulation Cluster No. 4 achieved in 2024.
"In 2025, trade unions at all levels need to focus on developing union members and establishing grassroots unions in the non-state sector. Units must proactively grasp the ideas of cadres and union members in arranging and streamlining the organizational apparatus according to regulations," Mr. Lap added.
At the conference, the units also organized the signing of the emulation covenant for 2025 and set out directions and tasks to strive for.
