In 2022, successfully deploy the MobiQoS tool to help synchronize/unify/streamline information technology (IT) tools to serve network operations. The tool recorded revenue of 1.2 billion VND.
In 2023, deploy optimization and apply power-saving features, helping to save 4.7 billion VND. Deploy Geolocation automatic optimization solution to replace traditional methods.
In 2024, he directly coordinated with the Security Agency to build a deployment feature for the mobile subscriber location system. When completed, the system will help save 41 billion VND using investment resources to upgrade the old system.
Mr. Dong is also proactive in creating and offering solutions and initiatives to improve work efficiency, save time, and optimize production costs for the Corporation.
In the period of 2022-2024, Mr. Dong chaired and participated in 7 initiatives, of which 6/7 initiatives were recognized as type I initiatives at the corporation level; the total value of benefits was equivalent to 27 billion VND.
In addition to professional work, union member Le Sy Dong always actively responded, enthusiastically participated, and closely followed the activities of the Trade Union. He participated and, together with his teammates, won the Men's Football Championship at the Sports Festival to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the establishment of the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises in 2023; fully participated in all activities organized by the MobiFone Trade Union.
