On May 8, DIC Group Trade Union (HCMC) coordinated with Construction Development Investment Joint Stock Company No. 2 (DIC No. 2) to organize the Launching Ceremony of the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health (ATVSLĐ) and Workers' Month 2026 at the Cap Saint Jacques complex project, Tam Thang ward, HCMC. At the same time, organized launching ceremonies at 2 other projects being implemented in Vinh Phuc and Can Tho.
At the ceremony, DIC Group leaders emphasized the importance of ensuring labor safety at the construction site. At the same time, they raised notes for construction site commanders, safety departments and especially engineers and workers to pay attention to and raise awareness of ensuring labor safety and hygiene during work.
Between the pressure of progress and quality requirements, the most important thing is still to ensure labor safety, so that each worker can work in a safe environment and return to their families after each working day," emphasized the leader of DIC Group.
On this occasion, the DIC Group Trade Union organized the program "Eating breakfast with workers", with the participation of about 150 workers working at the construction site. Giving 115 gifts to union members and workers at 3 bridge points. DIC No. 2 grassroots trade union also presented 60 gifts to workers working at the construction site in Tam Thang ward.
These gifts, although small, are the feelings, care and encouragement that the DIC Group Trade Union and DIC No. 2 Company sent to the collective of workers who have always made efforts, accompanied and contributed to building a safe and effective project over the past time.

According to the DIC Group Trade Union, the launching ceremony of the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health and Workers' Month 2026 is organized to raise awareness about occupational safety and health work; together spread the message "Work safely so that every day you can return to peace with your family". At the same time, pay attention to and encourage the team of workers who are day and night attached to projects being implemented.
After the launching ceremony, the construction site command board and the collective of workers at the construction sites also conducted safe activities at the beginning of working hours. This is a familiar but very important activity at the construction site, helping to review unsafe risks, reminding each other to follow the correct procedures before starting daily work.
