The central lotus wing block represents the Vietnam Fatherland Front - the journey of origin, creation, and development. Lotus No. 2: The Trade Union and the Vietnamese working class are pioneers, creative, and firmly entering the new era. Lotus No. 3: Promoting the tradition of "Heroes, indomitable, loyal, and steadfast" Vietnamese women confidently enter the new era. Lotus No. 4: Vietnam Veterans " Loyalty - Solidarity - Exemplary - Innovation". Lotus branch No. 5: Farmers are the subject, the center of the process of agricultural development, rural economy and new rural construction. Lotus branch No. 6: Vietnamese youth is a pioneer in the era of national growth.
