One of the examples in the emulation movement for Good Workers - Creative Workers in the period of 2020 - 2025 is Dr. Tong Van Hai - Chairman of the Trade Union of the Faculty of Biotechnology, Vietnam Academy of Agriculture. He is one of the outstanding individuals, recognized as a typical advanced at the industry level.
As a member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Academy of Agriculture Trade Union, Chairman of the Trade Union of the Faculty of Biotechnology, Dr. Tong Van Hai always proactively advises and organizes many innovative activities, linking the movement organized by the Trade Union with professional tasks.
Over the past 5 years, Mr. Hai and his team have organized dozens of cultural, sports and social activities, such as volleyball, table tennis, tug of war exchanges, flower arrangement competitions, Chung cake packaging, and organizing International Children's and Mid-Autumn Festival for children of civil servants and employees of the School.
In particular, Dr. Hai has pioneered the application of digital technology in Trade Union management, helping the management and information exchange work to be more transparent and effective, and to be recognized and highly appreciated by union members.
Not only enthusiastic in Trade Union work, Dr. Tong Van Hai is also a lecturer - a capable and passionate student.
In the period of 2020-2025, Mr. Hai has implemented 7 scientific topics, in which he chaired 2 topics at the Ministry and Academy levels, participated in 1 State-level task and 4 provincial-level topics.
Typically, with the theme: "Research and development of black- Solved flies applied in livestock and farming" has been recognized for 6 technical processes and effectively implemented in production practice. Participating in the task of the State Genetics Fund on developing 3 types of specialty brocade rice in the Northwest region.
In parallel with the research, the doctor also published 21 scientific articles. Of which, 6 articles appeared in the international journal ISI/Scopus contributed to affirming the research capacity and scientific reputation of the young staff in the industry.
With a spirit of continuous dedication, Dr. Tong Van Hai has contributed to spreading the emulation movement of the Vietnam Academy of Agriculture Trade Union in particular and the Vietnam Agricultural and Environment Trade Union in general. Thereby, actively contributing to the development of the modern, green and sustainable agricultural sector.
