The Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Quynh Phu area, under the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department, Hung Yen Provincial Police, has just coordinated with the Branch of Sao Vang Limited Liability Company in Quynh Phu and Quynh Phu Commune Police to organize the program "Propaganda on knowledge and skills in fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and practice fire fighting and rescue plans".
More than 100 officers, employees and employees of the company were provided with information on the domestic and international fire and explosion situation, introduced the basic contents of the Law on Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue along with instructions for implementation, and analyzed the causes of fire and explosion in industrial production facilities. In addition, the reporter instructed on preventive measures, escape skills and the use of initial fire fighting equipment.
After the the theoretical part, students practiced the operation of using fire extinguishers, pumps, lenses, fire hoses in the hypothetical situation of fire at the factory by welding to cut the roof, causing the fire to spread to flammable materials and thick toxic smoke. The grassroots forces quickly alerted and initially fought, and at the same time reported the fire through the 114 switchboard.
Upon receiving the news, the Quynh Phu Fire Fighting and Rescue Team dispatched two vehicles and 16 officers and soldiers to the scene, coordinated with local forces to conduct reconnaissance, search for victims and extinguish the fire. After about 20 minutes, the fire was completely controlled.
The program helps raise awareness, sense of responsibility, legal knowledge, professional skills and the ability to coordinate between professional and grassroots forces, thoroughly promoting the "four on-site" motto in fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue work.
