In recent times, the Quang Binh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) has focused on directing trade unions at all levels to proactively grasp the situation of life, employment, wages, bonuses and implement policies and regimes related to union members and workers, especially during the Lunar New Year and Workers' Month.
Trade unions at all levels also actively coordinate to resolve problems in labor relations at the grassroots level.
The Provincial Federation of Labor has directed the mobilization of union members, workers and civil servants to contribute comments to many draft laws and important documents such as: comments on the amended Law on Personal Income Tax, the amended Law on Bankruptcy, the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Law on Trade Unions...
thoroughly grasp and propagate cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers to give comments on the content of amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution on VneID.
Along with that, the organization of conferences for civil servants, public employees and conferences for workers has been widely implemented, with 1,085/1,151 organizing units, reaching a rate of 94.2%. 203/253 enterprises organize periodic dialogues at the workplace in accordance with regulations.
The development of the Grassroots Democracy Regulation has been of interest to 1,066 agencies, units and enterprises.
Grassroots trade unions in enterprises promote the role of employee representatives, proactively negotiate and sign 205 collective labor agreements, reaching 81%, of which 20 were newly signed, completing 100% of the plan assigned by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
