On August 19, the An Phu Ward Union, Gia Lai Province, said that in recent years, the Trade Union of Tay Nguyen Nafoods Joint Stock Company has always been at the forefront of applying science, technology and initiatives of workers.
Nafoods Central Highlands specializes in the production, trading and processing of passion fruit, while linking to purchase products from farmers in the western area of Gia Lai province. Every day, hundreds of workers work at the factory to meet domestic and foreign consumption needs.
According to the representative of the grassroots Trade Union, many initiatives of workers and laborers have brought economic efficiency, helping businesses improve production capacity. Some exclusive and confidential initiatives also need to be protected to increase competitiveness in the market.

In addition to being rewarded by the grassroots Trade Union, effective initiatives will be assessed by the Company's Initiative Evaluation Council, estimating the value of benefits to award worthy rewards to employees.
Recently, the initiative "adjusting the production method of Brix 28 dense mountain lemon products" has brought economic efficiency, estimated at a profit of 1.7 billion VND/year, along with many values that are difficult to measure in money.
This initiative was proposed and implemented by a group of Mr. Nguyen Viet Anh (Head of the Department), Ms. Tran Thi Diep (Head of the Department of Quality Management), Ms. Vu Thi Thu Hien (Process Agency) and Mr. Dau Ngoc Long (Director).
The solution of mechanizing the production of passion fruit peels and puree with seeds has also brought in an efficiency of more than 1 billion VND; the solution of improving the passion fruit separation machine cluster helps the company save about 900 million VND.
