Initiatives participating in the Program have contributed significantly to promoting labor productivity, stabilizing production and business activities and developing the country's socio-economy at a time when the whole country is struggling to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic.
This is truly a vivid testament to the passion for work, creativity, spirit of overcoming difficulties, and the desire to contribute of union members and workers nationwide, affirming the pioneering role of the Vietnamese working class in the current revolutionary period.
The success of the Program is a combination of many factors, including innovation in the direction of organizing emulation movements, in the implementation methods of trade unions at all levels, especially grassroots trade unions. In many places, representatives of grassroots trade unions and employers have jointly launched and signed memorandums of understanding to implement the Program with clear and specific provisions with great material and practical value, in the spirit of accompanying and promoting creativity among union members and workers. That is the enthusiastic response, responsibility, affection and enthusiasm of each union member and employee for the work, the work unit and the Trade Union organization.
