The grassroots trade union of Yazaki EDS Vietnam Co., Ltd. said that since taking on the position of General Director of the company, Mr. Nogi Hiroshi has paid attention to the lives of workers and trade union activities. He proactively learned Vietnamese to communicate with workers. In the program to honor and express gratitude to workers, Mr. Nogi Hiroshi spoke in Vietnamese, surprising many workers.
According to the Trade Union of Yazaki EDS Vietnam Co., Ltd., Mr. Nogi Hiroshi has been working in Vietnam for 3 years. During his work, he always creates conditions for the activities of the grassroots trade union. Recently, he spent the whole afternoon with the Trade Union participating in a cooking competition on the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20). He went to the teams, listened to the introduction of dishes and the judges' evaluations. The business leader was willing to enjoy the dishes cooked by workers and gave many compliments.
Ms. Pham Thi Tuyet Nhung - Chairwoman of the company's Trade Union - said that Mr. Nogi Hiroshi is very close and always takes time to listen to workers' shares about the working environment. Recently, he decided to invest 2 billion VND to build a mid-term vacation area for workers.

In Tan Hiep ward, Mr. Hsieh Mao Shan - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cua Tay Aoi Technology Co., Ltd. is also a business leader loved by workers. Mr. Hsieh Mao Shan is close to Vietnamese workers and participates in most of the activities organized by the Trade Union. Notably, the leader of this enterprise and the workers participated in the celebration of major national holidays.
The Trade Union of Cua It A Chau Technology Company Limited said that on the occasion of the April 30 holiday, the Trade Union organized a flag-raising program to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day. More than 1,000 workers wearing red and yellow standard shirts paid tribute to the flag, sang the National Anthem and recalled the process of the resistance war for national independence and freedom. At this ceremony, Mr. Hsieh Mao Shan and foreign experts also wore red shirts with yellow stars to sing the National Anthem and performed the flag-raising ceremony.
On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, the Trade Union organized a flag-raising ceremony and reviewed the history of the nation. The program continues to receive the attention of business leaders. Notably, during the holiday, the Trade Union has proposed and received approval from the company's leaders to organize a trip to Hanoi for 36 foreign workers, experts, and partners on the occasion of National Day 2.9. Mr. Hsieh Mao Shan also participated in this trip.
I have invested in Vietnam and have received a lot of support from departments, branches and the State. After investing and working here, we also love Vietnam. Therefore, at the company, I always create conditions for the Trade Union to organize events associated with the history of Vietnam" - Mr. Hsieh Mao Shan said.
According to Ms. Le Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the company's Trade Union, from his affection for Vietnam, Mr. Hsieh Mao Shan, during major national holidays, Mr. Hsieh Mao Shan always agrees to have bonuses to encourage and motivate workers. He also agreed to support the Trade Union to organize a "Union Meal" once a month. Recently, Mr. Hsieh Mao Shan decided to spend 1 billion VND to support Vietnamese people affected by floods.
