Content and training program for Commanders of Commune-level Military Commands

The content and training program for the Commander of the Commune-level Military Command is stipulated in Article 14 of Joint Circular 01/2013/TTLT-BNV-BQP.

Joint Circular 01/2013/TTLT-BNV-BQP guiding planning, training, fostering and arranging the use of Commanders and Deputy Commanders of Military Commands of communes, wards and towns issued by the Minister of Home Affairs - Ministry of National Defense.

The content and program for training Commanders and Deputy Commanders of Commune-level Military Commands are stipulated in Article 14 as follows:

1. The content and program for training of Commanders and Deputy Commanders of the Commune-level Military Command working at the facility are prescribed by the Ministry of National Defense. The content and program of compulsory training are regulated by the Provincial Military Command and the Hanoi Capital Command to local Party committees and authorities.

2. Training to improve qualifications, professional capacity, and practical skills according to Government programs and projects for Commanders and Deputy Commanders of Commune-level Military Commands according to programs and documents developed and issued by the Ministry of National Defense at each stage.

3. Training for the Commander and Deputy Commander of the Commune-level Military Command due to special conditions who have not yet passed the training level of intermediate level of professional medicine, college, or university in the military sector. The content and training program are implemented according to Circular No. 79/2010/TT-BQP dated June 23, 2010 of the Ministry of National Defense promulgating Regulations on training programs for cadres and training core militia and self-defense forces.
