The Dong Da Trade Union Miss 2025 contest organized by the Dong Da District Labor Federation ended with an exciting final night, demonstrating the talent, intelligence, and beauty of female union members of units and enterprises in the district.
The title of Miss was awarded to contestant Nguyen Minh Phuong from the Trade Union of Vietnam Payment Solutions Joint Stock Company. She won the Miss crown, leaving an impression in the Ao Dai, self- parts, talent competitions, and behavioral competitions.
Minh Phuong is the secretary of the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, so his work is very busy. During nearly 2 weeks of preparing for the competition, Phuong has made great efforts, arranging practice time after work, in the evenings, to supplement knowledge to meet the competition requirements while still completing the company's daily work. Catwalk exercises, tireless hours of searching, and adding knowledge to prepare for the behavioral round helped Phuong confidently enter the competition.
Phuong completely conquered the judges and the large audience with the behavioral round. answering the question about social media behavior that helps people get closer or further, Minh Phuong specifically and thoroughly analyzed on the basis of practice.

The union creates opportunities for female union members to express themselves with... digital transformation
The contest was developed by the Dong Da District Labor Federation and widely deployed to the district's grassroots unions. The contestants are female union members working at agencies, units, and enterprises with trade unions under the District Labor Federation, or units that pay trade union fees.
Candidates participating in the contest must be aged from 18 to 45; have a balanced, attractive appearance with a minimum height of 1m57, minimum weight of 45kg; have talent in the fields of culture and arts. Cultural qualifications for high school graduation; Vietnamese nationality.
Contest form: Round 1 - preliminary round, the Organizing Committee selects from 10 - 12 contestants through photos and clips introducing themselves and their talents. Each contestant was selected through voting on the Fanpage "Dong Da Trade Union". Round 2 - final round of the contestants will compete directly in the following events: Ao Dai, elective costumes; talent competition. 5 excellent candidates participated in the behavioral exam.
After nearly 1 month of launching and organizing the preliminary round, the contest attracted the attention and enthusiasm of 44 contestants from 38 grassroots unions under the district. Through the preliminary round, the Jury selected 9 excellent candidates through photos and clips introducing themselves and their talents.
In addition, the Organizing Committee also gave a special ticket to the contestant who was voted the most by the audience on the Fanpage platform of Dong Da District Trade Union - bringing the total number of contestants competing in the final night to 10 people.
Each performance in the final night was presented confidently, courageously, and attractively, showing serious investment, a spirit of openness and the desire to express themselves of each contestant. From there, we can clearly see the knowledge, talent, and courage of female union members in the new era.
With short, in-depth but inspiring answers, the contestants expressed a positive outlook on life, a sense of responsibility, as well as a humane view of the role of women in trade union activities, in the family and modern society...
Speaking about the contest, contestants as well as grassroots union officials were very excited because this was a healthy and useful playground to honor the beauty and ethical standards of Vietnamese women in the period of industrialization and modernization of the country, and at the same time, it was an opportunity for female union members, workers and civil servants to express their beauty, intelligence, talent and confidence.
In particular, the way the contest is organized is also an attractive factor with the production of a clip introducing themselves and their talents as well as each contestant being selected through voting on the Fanpage "Dong Da Trade Union". The contest is also recognized by the audience as a new way of doing things and a way to concretize digital transformation in the union activities of the Dong Da District Labor Federation.
