On November 21, the Trade Union of furukawa Automotive systems Vinh Long Vietnam Co., Ltd. (FAVV) held its 2nd Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Mr. Truong Thanh Dung - Standing Member of the Provincial Federation of Labor (PFF) attended and directed the Congress.
During the past term, FAVV Trade Union has exceeded 10/11 targets of the Congress Resolution, 100% of employees are eligible to join the trade union, enjoying benefits from 14 contents of the Labor Agreement higher than the law, with an average income increase of more than 1 million VND.
The work of caring for life and welfare is being implemented synchronously with a total budget of more than 10 billion VND, including Tet Sum Vay, scholarships, Mid-Autumn Festival gifts, periodic health check-ups, travel and skills training for union members. The emulation movement was widely launched, the Women's Union attracted 98% of female union members to participate in social activities.
Entering the 2025 - 2030 term, FAVV Trade Union focuses on building a strong and comprehensive organization, focusing on caring for the lives and protecting the rights of workers, ensuring that 100% of union members participate and enjoy full rights.
The union strives to maintain the provisions of the Labor Agreement to be more beneficial than the law, implement the Grassroots Democracy Regulations well, promptly advise on union members' cases, and mobilize 80% of union members to improve their qualifications, 85% to participate in cultural, sports and worker sports movements and build businesses that meet cultural standards.

The Congress elected a new term of Executive Committee of 11 comrades, Mr. Nguyen Van Be Hai was re-elected as Chairman of the Trade Union of furukawa Automotive systems Vinh Long Vietnam Co., Ltd., term 2025 - 2030.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Truong Thanh Dung acknowledged the efforts of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, suggesting continuing to take care of shift meals, subsidies, health check-ups, Tet gifts for union members and creating a good and harmonious working environment.
The new Executive Board continues to promote creativity, implement emulation movements, reward outstanding factors, coordinate to improve professional qualifications and vocational skills for workers, while maintaining the title of "Excellent completion of tasks".
Mr. Dung hopes that the new Executive Committee will continue to take care of the material and spiritual needs of union members, coordinate with the Board of Directors to develop production and business and build harmonious labor relations.
