At least 25 initiatives are granted Creative Labor Certificates
News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on December 15 said: In the new term 2025 - 2-30, through emulation movements of the trade union organization, the Da Nang City Labor Federation strives to have at least 50,000 initiatives of union members and workers applied in production, business and work activities.
At the same time, strive to have at least 25 initiatives of union members and workers in Da Nang be considered for the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Mr. Le Van Dai - Permanent Vice President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation said: In the period of 2023-2025, Da Nang City Labor Unions at all levels will actively coordinate with the government to strongly and extensively promote the patriotic emulation movement, bringing practical results, creating motivation to promote, contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks and socio-economic development of the two localities.
The focus is on the movement "Good workers, creative workers", "Good at public affairs, good at housework", "Green - Clean - Beautiful, Ensuring occupational safety and hygiene" ... continue to be implemented, concretized into many emulation contents and participated by a large number of cadres, union members, and employees.
From emulation movements, many initiatives and technical solutions have been recognized, with a value of 185.17 billion VND; 35 union members have been awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; there is 1 typical outstanding advanced person honored at the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress for workers and civil servants in 2025.
352 individuals were awarded Commemorative Medals for the cause of building trade union organizations. Trade unions at all levels mobilize union members and workers to enthusiastically respond to the emulation movements "Digital crop education", "The whole country competes in innovation and digital transformation" contributing to encouraging union members to be creative and applying science and technology in production.
The reward work is practical and timely. Every year, many collectives and individuals receive worthy rewards from the Trade Union organization.

In addition, the Labor Federations of Da Nang and Quang Nam (old) presented the "July 28 Award" to 257 outstanding grassroots union chairmen; honored 81 grassroots union chairmen, grassroots unions and 35 outstanding workers.

Specifically: By the end of the term, strive for at least 90% of enterprises and units with qualified trade unions to represent, negotiate, and sign collective labor agreements according to regulations with more beneficial contents for employees.
100% of cases where union members need to be consulted and debate about their legitimate and legal rights and interests will have union representatives participating or being supported by the union.
