The job fair was held in 2 forms: directly at 735 Nguyen Van Linh, Le Chan, Hai Phong and online trading session via social network. According to statistics, nearly 500 workers came to the direct job fair; the online job fair attracted more than 1,500 workers to access and search for jobs.
As a result, 41% of candidates were invited for in-depth interviews by the company's staff. The rate of candidates participating in the interview who have completed the initial preliminary round is about 32.3%.
In the first 2 months of 2025, the Hai Phong Employment Service Center organized 4 periodic job fairs with the recruitment of 60 businesses, the recruitment demand was 4,220 workers, and the labor supply at the fairs was 8,290 people.
