In the afternoon of February 9, a working delegation of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor led by Mr. Phan Van Anh, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, visited and presented Tet gifts to union members and workers of Xuan Cuong Friendship Joint Stock Company (Dong Dang commune).
At the working session, business representatives reported on the production and business situation and the work of caring for the lives of workers and laborers.
Accordingly, in 2025, despite many difficulties, Xuan Cuong Friendship Joint Stock Company will still maintain stable production activities, gradually improve product quality, expand markets, and ensure stable jobs and income for employees.
Regimes and policies for union members and workers are fully and promptly implemented, contributing to building harmonious labor relations in enterprises.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Phan Van Anh highly appreciated the efforts of businesses in ensuring income and improving the lives of workers, and at the same time acknowledged the role of grassroots trade unions in accompanying businesses and taking care of the legitimate rights of union members.
The Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor requested grassroots trade unions to continue to coordinate with business owners to improve working conditions; fully implement regimes and policies; proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers, especially during the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, in order to promptly encourage and support workers to feel secure and attached for a long time.
On this occasion, 100 union members and employees of Xuan Cuong Friendship Joint Stock Company received Tet gifts with a total value of 130 million VND.
