On February 9, the Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) of Quang Tri province organized the program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" in 2026 at S&D Quang Binh Co., Ltd. The program is a key activity to implement the Tet care plan for union members and workers launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (LĐLĐVN).

Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung emphasized that "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" is not only a gift-giving activity, but also an opportunity for the Trade Union organization to listen, share and add motivation to union members and workers after a year of hard work.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung affirmed that the VGCL always identifies taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers as a xuyên suốt task, especially for workers in difficult circumstances, affected by job and income fluctuations.

At the program, the Organizing Committee presented hundreds of Tet gifts to union members and workers from many units and businesses in the area.
As one of the workers who received gifts, Ms. Dinh Thi Luyen - a worker at S&D Quang Binh Co., Ltd. - said that she has worked at the company for many years, and her income mainly depends on the wages of workers.

Receiving Tet gifts from the program, I am very happy and warm-hearted. This is not only a material gift but also a great spiritual encouragement for us to feel secure in working and sticking with the business for a long time," Ms. Luyen shared.
According to the Provincial Labor Federation, during the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, the whole province has about 7,570 union members and workers in difficult circumstances who are supported and given gifts through the "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" Program and other Tet care activities. Total value is over 5.19 billion VND.
The program not only contributes to spreading the spirit of sharing and humanity of the Trade Union organization, but also affirms the role of the Trade Union in accompanying union members and workers, helping workers celebrate Tet happily, safely and with more faith and attachment to businesses and localities.
