According to Mr. Trung, the authorities need to have specific solutions for each target group through policies and projects such as: Supporting employment for young people after training; supporting employment for young people in need of training; supporting employment for rural youth participating in the labor market; supporting employment for young people with long-term unemployment; supporting employment for young people with disabilities; supporting employment for young people in difficult circumstances; supporting employment for young people who need to improve their vocational skills; supporting employment for young people changing careers...
In addition, there should be a project to support young people to start businesses; a project to improve the capacity of the employment service center in job consultation, job introduction, labor supply, labor market information, etc.
Each project needs to clearly define its goals, specific activities, implementation responsibilities and resources to ensure implementation, control and evaluate the results, Mr. Trung emphasized.
