In parallel with production, Prime Tien Phong continuously invests in technology to increase productivity and reduce manual labor pressure. The Porcelain Brick Production Line is synchronously automated, applying qualitron Quality Control System (Italy) and smart production planning software to increase productivity by 15 - 20%, save energy, and reduce emissions. These improvements both meet market requirements and improve safety and health for workers.
Social responsibility is also a highlight in Prime Tien Phong's activities. Over the past three years, the company has donated more than 2.3 billion VND to charity activities, donated more than 12,000m2 of bricks to poor households, presented 2,700 Tet gifts to policy families, and supported 310 million VND to help overcome the consequences of Typhoon Yagi.
From 2018 to present, Prime's "Dream come true - Turning dreams into reality" program has supported 30 poor and disadvantaged households with a total budget of about 330 million VND. Through livelihood models such as sticky rice vehicles, car washing machines, bean making machines, sugarcane juice pressing machines, etc., many households have a stable income of 7 - 10 million VND/month.
