Yên San |

In the context of a fiercely competitive market, Prime Tien Phong Joint Stock Company (Phu Tho province) - an FDI enterprise specializing in the production of tiles and tiles is still steadfast in its sustainable development philosophy, focusing on workers.

For more than two decades, the company has maintained a revenue of hundreds of billions of VND per year, while building a safe working environment, adequate welfare regimes, creating cohesion between workers and the company through practical caring activities.

From 2023 to present, the company has maintained 100% of employees signing contracts, of which 98.93% are indefinite-term contracts. Average income has increased steadily over the years, from over VND10.8 million/month (in 2023) to nearly VND13.85 million/month in the first 6 months of 2025. More importantly, for three years, the enterprise has never owed or been late in paying, and there have been no labor disputes or strikes.

Along with the salary policy, Prime Tien Phong fully pays social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for all employees; organizes periodic health check-ups, specialist check-ups for female employees; monitors the working environment and improves working conditions with a cooling system, adds light, provides milk and drinking water in the summer.

In parallel with production, Prime Tien Phong continuously invests in technology to increase productivity and reduce manual labor pressure. The Porcelain Brick Production Line is synchronously automated, applying qualitron Quality Control System (Italy) and smart production planning software to increase productivity by 15 - 20%, save energy, and reduce emissions. These improvements both meet market requirements and improve safety and health for workers.

Social responsibility is also a highlight in Prime Tien Phong's activities. Over the past three years, the company has donated more than 2.3 billion VND to charity activities, donated more than 12,000m2 of bricks to poor households, presented 2,700 Tet gifts to policy families, and supported 310 million VND to help overcome the consequences of Typhoon Yagi.

From 2018 to present, Prime's "Dream come true - Turning dreams into reality" program has supported 30 poor and disadvantaged households with a total budget of about 330 million VND. Through livelihood models such as sticky rice vehicles, car washing machines, bean making machines, sugarcane juice pressing machines, etc., many households have a stable income of 7 - 10 million VND/month.

These efforts have made Prime Tien Phong continuously in the top 100 sustainable development enterprises in Vietnam (2023, 2024) and honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor as "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" in 2024. This is not only a reward for the collective but also a commitment to the development path with people at the center - a key factor for going far and sustainably in the future.
