In which, the source of information and data collection is regulated according to Article 14.
Article 14. Sources of information and data collection
1. Labor market information specified in this Decree is collected from the following sources:
a) Results of administrative procedures of competent state agencies;
b) From the National General Database, the National Database, the Database of Workers, the specialized database and other relevant databases;
c) From data, results, reports on investigation programs, statistics, and surveys;
d) From administrative data.
2. The agency managing the labor market information system is responsible for receiving information and data shared by agencies and organizations, provided according to regulations to integrate into the labor market information system.
Regarding information technology infrastructure, based on Articles 15 and 16.
Article 15. Information technology infrastructure
1. The information technology infrastructure of the central labor market information system includes: server system, station, network connection equipment, network safety equipment, network security, internet connection communication system, storage equipment and other devices.
2. The technical infrastructure of local labor market information technology includes: station equipment, internet connection communication systems and other equipment.
Article 16. Software and application systems for management, exploitation and use of labor market information systems
1. The software system, application for labor registration, and labor market information system are integrated on the National Job Exchange (https://www.vieclam.gov.vn).
2. Application software for updating information, data, integrating shared data, popular application software, searching for information nationwide, with access addresses https://www.ttttld.vieclam.gov.vn and https://www.pbttld.vieclam.gov.vn.
