According to Article 16 of Decree 33/2023/ND-CP, the salary arrangement for commune officials and public employees is prescribed as follows:
- Commune-level cadres and civil servants graduated from training levels according to the standards of professional qualifications and skills specified in Decree 33/2023/ND-CP shall be made salary as administrative civil servants with the same submission The training is prescribed in the professional and professional payroll for officials and public servants in the state agencies issued together with the Government's Decree on the salary regime for officials, public servants and officials and armed forces.
Graduation diploma in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and of the competent authority and organizations.
- In case of working time, commune -level officials and public employees have changed their training levels in accordance with the positions and titles currently in charge, the President of the district -level People's Committee is requested to be ranked as a salary. New training level from the date of granting a diploma.
- In case the elected person is a commune-level cadre, is recruited and accepted as a commune-level civil servant in accordance with Decree 33/2023/ND-CP that has had time to pay for social insurance. compulsory, not yet accepted social insurance allowance, the time of work with compulsory social insurance is calculated as a basis for salary arrangement (except for probation time, probation), working time with work paying non -continuous compulsory social insurance is accumulated.
