On September 18, the Trade Union of Van Don Special Zone said that the unit had just coordinated with the Board of Directors of BIBOY Co., Ltd. to organize the launching ceremony of the grassroots trade union and the signing of the first collective labor agreement.
At the ceremony, the Trade Union of Van Don Special Zone announced the decision to recognize the grassroots Trade Union of BIBOY Co., Ltd. and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union.
The company's grassroots trade union has 75 union members, and the Executive Committee includes 5 people.
Speaking at the program, the Chairman of the Van Don Special Zone Trade Union, requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union to soon develop operating regulations, assign tasks to each member and develop a work program suitable to the reality of the enterprise.
Pay attention to implementing democracy at the grassroots level; mobilize union members and workers to comply with the law, the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and the internal regulations of enterprises; coordinate with the Board of Directors to implement collective labor agreements, care for and protect the rights of workers.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, the grassroots Trade Union of BIBOY Co., Ltd. signed a first collective labor agreement with the employer.
