Just counting businesses in the difficult group to collect debts of 7.2 billion VND (27 businesses), many cases of companies being slow to pay have lasted for many years.

Faced with the increasing debt situation, Cao Bang Provincial Social Insurance has strengthened urging, coordinated with relevant agencies and promoted propaganda. Thanks to that, by the end of December 2025, accumulated revenue reached 1,835 billion VND, equal to 104.6% of the revenue estimate assigned for 2025.
Cao Bang Provincial Social Insurance said that the situation of late payment has directly affected the rights of workers when resolving sickness, maternity, unemployment benefits or when closing books.
For businesses that intentionally procrastinate, the social insurance agency will complete the dossier and transfer it to functional agencies for handling according to regulations.
The list of 117 units owing insurance has been publicly announced to increase transparency, promote units to quickly overcome, ensure the rights of employees and orderly implement social security policies in the province.
