Ms. Tran Thi Bich Gam (23 years old) - a garment worker in Nam Dinh said that she wants to work at a company that pays wages based on output. With this method, just try to achieve a high salary.
"I am young and healthy, so as long as I am proactive, creative and diligent, I will definitely get a high salary. My average salary in 2024 is 12 million VND/month, many months it reaches over 15 million VND" - Ms. Gam said.

The female worker said that many companies pay salaries based on output, so she has to carefully research the monthly salary of the place she wants to work. Ms. Gam's method of research is to ask for opinions from relatives and friends who have or are working at the company they want to choose.
Another reason why Ms. Gam prioritizes a high-paying company is because young people still have many plans and goals to achieve. In addition to living needs, Ms. Gam aims to have a monthly surplus to accumulate for the future.
Mr. Tran Ngoc (30 years old) - a worker in Nam Dinh also prioritizes choosing a place that is willing to pay high income to workers to work. That is the reason why Mr. Ngoc accepted to travel 16km to work at his current company.
Mr. Ngoc also focuses on the company's treatment regimes. In particular, the male workers' most interested regimes include social insurance, diligence, fuel, bonuses for holidays, Tet, young children, etc.
"I live far away and have two young children, so I will prioritize companies that support gasoline for over 300,000 VND/month, support for young children over 100,000 VND/child. On holidays, there must also be a bonus of VND 200,000 or more, the Tet bonus is the average salary for the whole year, not the basic salary" - Mr. Ngoc said.
On the contrary, Ms. Pham Thi Phuong, a goods inspection worker in Thai Binh, shared that at the age of 43, she will prioritize a company with a comfortable working environment, close to home.
"As an adult, I just want to work in a comfortable environment, not too much pressure on output. Traveling must also be convenient and safe, so I pay special attention to companies near my home" - Ms. Phuong said.

Sharing more carefully, Ms. Phuong said that when they are old, the productivity of output is not as good as young workers with good health. If the output does not meet the requirements, at many companies, workers will certainly be reminded, under great pressure, and even have to quit their jobs.
The female worker said she only wants to work at companies that do not work overtime late or work during office hours. The purpose is to maintain stable health during work.
Regarding her desired income, the female worker said that it does not need to be too high because after the age of 40, she does not have to worry much about the economy. Ms. Phuong's desired income is about 8 million VND per month.
