At around 4:00 p.m. on July 7, at residential group 4, Dien Bien Phu ward, Dien Bien province, a serious work accident occurred, causing a worker to die on the spot.
According to a private source of Lao Dong Newspaper, the victim was Mr. L.D.C (born in 1979, residing in residential group 8, Dien Bien Phu ward) - a construction worker.
According to the initial investigation, the cause of the accident was that during the construction process at a household in residential group 4, Dien Bien Phu ward, Mr. L.D.C and another worker were pulling a winch into the house.
During the pulling process, both workers were electrocuted. As a result, Mr. L.D.C fell from the 5th floor to the ground and died on the spot. The other person was lucky to escape.
After the accident, the police arrived and examined the scene.
