The contributions of researchers and union officials come from both practice and science.
In particular, Prof. Dr. Tran Ngoc Duong - Chairman of the Advisory Council on Democracy and Law, Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front said that the Draft Document of the 14th National Party Congress has strongly raised the requirement to "Continuing to innovate development thinking", overcoming old, outdated thinking that is no longer suitable in new conditions, building a development innovation mindset from the management of power and order to the thinking of creativity for development based on new driving forces such as breakthroughs in scientific research, technology, innovation, national digital transformation.
According to Prof. Dr. Tran Ngoc Duong, innovation in development thinking must first of all innovate awareness of the motivations and goals of development.

Mr. Nguyen Huy Khanh - Vice Chairman of the Hanoi City Labor Federation said that the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Labor Federation has deployed comments from union officials, union members, workers and civil servants in the capital and compiled comments.
Accordingly, most opinions highly agreed with the theme of the Congress: "Under the glorious flag of the Party, join hands and be determined to successfully implement the country's development goals by 2030; be self-reliant, confident, and move forward strongly in the era of national growth, for peace, independence, democracy, prosperity, prosperity, civilization, happiness, and steadily moving towards socialism". The theme affirmed the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam; the guiding ideology and great orientation of the Party and General Secretary To Lam on the new era - the era of national growth and the goal of developing the country firmly towards socialism.

Speaking at the Conference, Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Dinh Bon emphasized the need to strengthen the nature of the working class of the Party. In which, Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Dinh Bon provided the basis to propose adding the issue of " Maintaining and enhancing the nature of the working class of the Party" to the draft Documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Dinh Bon quoted President Ho Chi Minh as saying: To victory, the revolution must be led by the working class. Because that is the most advanced, enlightened, most determined, most disciplined and most tightly organized class. And the unemployed Party is the advisory body of the working class to clearly state that President Ho Chi Minh and the Communist Party of Vietnam always identify the top priority as maintaining and enhancing the nature of the working class of the Party.

Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Dinh Bon analyzed: For our Party, affirming the nature of the working class of the Party and strengthening that nature is especially important. This affirmation is very necessary to distinguish between the position of the working class and the position of the Cai Luong capitalist and the position of the sub-capitalist. Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Dinh Bon affirmed that in order to enhance the nature of the working class of the Party, the important problem to be solved is to build a modern and strong Vietnamese working class.
Discussing the building of a learning society among workers, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc An - Chairman of the Vietnam Education Trade Union mentioned the Draft Documents of the 14th Congress and clearly affirmed the strategic orientation: "Promoting the building of a lifelong learning society, developing models, methods, and learning movements in the direction of diversification, suitable for subjects and each locality. Promote the role and responsibility of the entire political system in promoting the development of a learning society; raise awareness of self-study, self-training, self-improvement of knowledge, and improving the qualifications of all people, all ages".
This is a policy that demonstrates the Party's long-term vision in building Vietnamese people in the new period - citizens with the ability to learn, be creative, and flexibly adapt to the constant changes of modern society.
Dr. Nguyen Ngoc An stated that in reality, for factory workers, the situation has its own characteristics. Many workers want to take extra classes to promote or change jobs, but they face barriers in time (working shifts, taking less rest), costs, learning conditions (residential areas, travel routes), and even primary education levels. Some training organized by businesses focuses on short-term vocational skills; long-term training, higher education or soft skills are still limited in access. Research and practical reports also show that a part of workers are only trained when businesses see the need, but have not really formed a culture of self-study and continuous self-cultivation.

From there, Mr. An proposed a number of solutions, in which the State needs to concretize the policies in the Draft Documents of the 14th National Party Congress and projects such as "Building a learning society for the period 2021 - 2030", "Promoting lifelong learning among workers and laborers by 2030" into clear regulations and implementation instructions with high feasibility. It is necessary to prioritize the allocation of financial resources, support businesses and workers to participate in training programs, and encourage businesses to deduct training costs from taxes to create investment incentives for vocational education.
Participating in the opinions on "New thinking on sustainable social development management; ensuring progress, social justice, caring for people's lives" mentioned in the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress, and comments on editing, supplementing, and proposing solutions to expand and improve the effectiveness of caring for union members and workers of the Trade Union organization in the coming time, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh - Vice President of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Trade Union commented: The document has also concretized our Party's vision on modern social development governance, towards a society in which all people have access to and enjoy basic, essential, quality social services, while encouraging creative models in sustainable community development.
From the practical care, representing more than 95,000 workers, of which over 80,000 people work in the coal production sector and about 30,000 workers directly work in the mines of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Trade Union, Ms. Minh proposed that in the section on "Sustainable Social Development Management", it is necessary to more clearly emphasize the role of the working class and trade union organizations in modern social governance. The trade union is not only an organization that cares for and protects the rights of workers, but also a subject accompanying the State and businesses in building fair social development policies.

Concluding the Conference, Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor commented that all opinions highly appreciated the content of the Draft Document, clearly demonstrating the great goal of the million but still having specific contents.
The conference also received contributions from production practices, including issues directly related to workers, the role of the working class... Thereby clearly demonstrating the role of the Vietnam Trade Union in representing union members and workers.
