To realize this goal, the Center focuses on implementing a number of key tasks. Accordingly, continue to implement tasks and solutions according to the Project "Improving the operational efficiency of the Hanoi City job exchange system in the period 2021-2025 and the following years" and Plan No. 15/KH-UBND dated January 10, 2026 of the Hanoi City People's Committee on supporting and developing the labor market, creating jobs for workers in Hanoi City in 2026.
Hanoi Employment Service Center proactively coordinates with the People's Committees of communes/wards in the city in activities to support and solve employment, propagate and promptly provide labor market information to businesses and workers in the area.
In parallel, expand the work of collecting labor market information in communes/wards. Gradually improve the quality of collected information and job search databases. Promote job introduction counseling, providing labor for businesses and workers. Improve the quantity and quality of counseling activities and strengthen the organization of skills classes to participate in job interviews for workers.
In particular, the Hanoi Employment Service Center focuses on improving the analysis and forecasting of the short and long-term labor market for the Capital's human resources.
