On March 27, the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor (DOLF) organized a training course on professional work in developing union members and establishing grassroots unions in 2025 for more than 40 full-time union officials in the province.
The Trade Union officials listened to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor - share the topic: Work in developing union members, establishing grassroots unions; work in building strong grassroots unions, emphasizing the guiding viewpoints of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Provincial Federation of Labor and a number of key contents and tasks, issues to be noted for the full-time Trade Union officials of the province in the process of implementing the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots unions in the coming time.
The training course aims to equip knowledge and skills for full-time union officials on developing union members and establishing grassroots unions, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of gathering workers and building an increasingly developed union organization.
At the same time, the training session aims to create conditions for full-time union officials to meet, exchange, learn, and share experiences in practical activities, thereby further improving the quality and efficiency of union activities.
