Mr. Tran Le Duy - Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation chaired the conference.
The conference focused on discussing, giving opinions and contributing to many important contents, forming the basis for the activities of the provincial trade union organization in the new term. In which, delegates considered draft Regulations on the operation of the Standing Committee, Executive Committee, Inspection Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation; Full-term work program of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation for the term 2025-2030.
The conference also spent time for delegates to reflect and exchange views on the difficulties and obstacles in the operation of commune and ward trade unions and grassroots trade unions in the past time.
Many opinions suggest that, in the context of the labor and employment situation still having many fluctuations, the team of grassroots trade union officials faces no small pressure in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers. Delegates proposed that it is necessary to strengthen training and fostering skills for grassroots trade union officials, and at the same time have appropriate support mechanisms to improve operational efficiency.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Le Duy acknowledged the enthusiastic contributions of delegates, and at the same time provided additional information on some new points and key contents of the 14th National Congress of the Party. The Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that these are important orientations for trade union organizations at all levels in the province to concretize into the action program, contributing to the good implementation of political tasks in the 2025-2030 term.
