In addition to organizing a trip to the source with the theme "Imprints of Vietnam Trade Union in the Special National Historical Site", Tay Ninh Labor Federation also organized working groups to visit and encourage union members in difficult circumstances, grasp the situation of production and business activities and trade union activities at enterprises in the province.
At Shilla Bags Company Limited (Duc Lap Commune, Tay Ninh Province) and PouHung VN Company (Ninh Thanh Ward, Tay Ninh Province), the delegation listened to reports on the activities of enterprises, the situation of trade union activities since the beginning of the year and some tasks from now until the end of 2025; along with proposals and recommendations. The delegation also presented gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
Also in the series of activities to celebrate the founding day of the Vietnam Trade Union, at Chutex International Long An Company Limited (My Hanh Commune, Tay Ninh Province), the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor coordinated to organize a "Union Meal" for nearly 1,600 workers of the company.
"Union Meal" shows the concern, sharing and attachment between the Union organization and the workers. This is also a very humane activity, clearly demonstrating the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers. At the event, the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor presented 40 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, each worth 1 million VND; the company's Trade Union also presented birthday gifts to 30/90 union members born in July and organized the admission of new union members to 21 workers.
