On the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2025), the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) advised the working delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Tay Ninh province to visit and grasp the situation of production and business activities and trade union activities in the past time; visit and encourage union members and workers in difficult circumstances at enterprises.
The working group went to work at Pou Hung Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Ninh Thanh commune) and Shilla Bags Co., Ltd. (Duc Lap commune). These are two enterprises with a large number of workers, stable production activities and a strongly developed grassroots trade union organization.
The delegation included Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Trinh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee - Head of the delegation, Mr. Tran Le Duy, member of the Provincial Party Committee - Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, and representatives of relevant departments and branches.
At the meeting, the working delegation highly appreciated the results of the production and business activities of enterprises and the activities of grassroots trade unions in the past time; especially the coordination of the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union (ECU) with the Board of Directors of enterprises in caring for the lives and protecting the rights of workers, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations.
On this occasion, the Working Group presented gifts to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Trade Union; at each enterprise, 10 union members in difficult circumstances also received gifts of encouragement from the Working Group.
The working group acknowledged the proposals and recommendations from the Board of Directors and Executive Board of Trade Unions of enterprises and will coordinate with relevant departments, branches and sectors to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles from enterprises. In addition, the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor pledged to continue to accompany grassroots unions in implementing recommendations, ensuring the legitimate rights of union members and workers.
The visit not only shows the concern of the Working Group and the trade union organization but is also a source of spiritual encouragement, helping businesses develop sustainably, and union members have more confidence and attachment to the Vietnam Trade Union organization in the coming time.
