The unit has announced the decision to admit 20 employees working at Langbiang Land Tourism Service Company Limited into the Trade Union. The Lac Duong District Labor Federation also decided to establish a grassroots union at this company and appoint a provisional Executive Committee of 3 members.
At the same time, the Trade Union of Hien Thi General Agricultural Service Cooperative was also decided to be established by the Lac Duong District Labor Federation with 10 union members. Here, the provisional grassroots union executive committee appointed by this unit consists of 3 members.
Mr. Than Trong Toan - Chairman of Lac Duong District Labor Federation said that this is the peak period when the unit organizes a survey on admitting union members and establishing grassroots unions.
This activity is in response to Workers' Month and Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene in 2025.
Mr. Toan said that in 2025, the unit was assigned by the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation to establish a new grassroots union outside the state sector.
To date, the unit has mobilized and established 3 new grassroots unions outside the state sector with more than 100 union members. This result has exceeded the planned target assigned in 2025 by 3 times.
"We have always received attention and support from local Party committees and authorities to grasp the production and business activities of enterprises. From there, the work of developing union members and establishing trade unions will be more favorable," Mr. Than Trong Toan shared.
Chairman of the Trade Union of Langbiang Land Tourism Service Company Limited - Mr. Le Chau Hoai Nhat said that the company is operating stably, the higher-level trade union comes to survey and mobilize immediately.
According to Mr. Nhat, promoted and mobilized by the Lac Duong District Labor Federation, most of the workers here have voluntarily joined the Trade Union. They are very excited to be admitted to the Trade Union to have a place to live and study with each other...
