Information from the Social Insurance (SI) of the XXVII region on June 29 said that this agency has decided to establish a working group at the Social Insurance of the XXVII region and a working group at the district-level Social Insurance to ensure that serving people and businesses in handling administrative procedures in the field of Social Insurance and Health Insurance (HI) is timely and smooth, meeting the requirements of the 2-level local government model from July 1, 2025.
The working group at the Social Insurance of the XXVII region will directly direct, supervise and support the work of receiving, guiding, and handling documents related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance when organizing local governments according to the 2-level model in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong province, and the old Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.
Timely handle situations that arise and cause problems in practice, ensuring that the rights of people and businesses are not interrupted. Coordinate with local authorities and relevant authorities to remove difficulties and agree on solutions suitable to the characteristics of each locality.
The working group at the district-level Social Insurance is responsible for closely following the area and facilities; assessing and evaluating public administrative locations with many records and situations that need to be handled to develop a plan for assignment, send staff to proactively and promptly perform tasks, and handle arising situations.
At the same time, be ready to arrange civil servants to directly receive and return administrative procedure results as soon as there is a direction from the Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune and ward in July 2025; compile, periodically report daily and suddenly on implementation progress, difficulties, recommendations to adjust policies and procedures when necessary.
The Director of Social Insurance of Region XXVII is the team leader; the Deputy Directors of Social Insurance of Region XXVII are the deputy team leader; Heads of professional departments, directors of district-level Social Insurance, officers of the Information Technology Department, one-stop department are members of the working group.
The Social Insurance of the XXVII region also publicly disclose information about working group members and hotline numbers of the working group on the Official Electronic Information Portal and Social networks of the Social Insurance of the XXVII region, and list them at public administrative locations at all levels to receive feedback, recommendations, and proposals from individuals, organizations, and relevant agencies to promptly handle difficulties and problems (if any).
