The program will be held at Sun Carnival Square ( Bai Chay Ward). At the same time, the art program will also be broadcast live on QTV1, QTV3 channels and other infrastructure of the Quang Ninh Provincial Media Center.
This program aims to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere, truly a festival for the entire people. At the same time, continue to strengthen the spirit of solidarity and consensus among the people and the entire political system on the implementation of the reorganization of the apparatus and administrative units at all levels in the province.
Previously, it was expected that on the morning of July 1, after the arrangement, commune-level localities in the whole province of Quang Ninh would simultaneously hold a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, a meeting of the Party Executive Committee of the commune level and the first meeting of the People's Council of the commune level to deploy the implementation of a number of work contents according to their authority.
