The two partners of the Vietnam Health Trade Union that signed the welfare cooperation agreement are Rang Dong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company and Huong Van Tra Cooperative.
According to the agreement with a term from 2024-2028, Rang Dong Light Bulb and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company commits to reduce the selling price of signed products by 40% compared to the listed price of products for union members and employees at all levels of the Health Sector Trade Union.
Every year, the two parties will agree to add products and incentive programs for the above subjects when there are complete documents from competent authorities to ensure quality.
The company supports transportation to the unit's grassroots unions; or to the location proposed by the buyer when there is an agreement between the buyer and the company's authorized representative according to the agreement.
Meanwhile, Huong Van Tra Cooperative commits to implementing a 20% discount on the selling price of the signed products compared to the selling price of the same products of the Cooperative currently circulating on the market.
The parties agreed to discuss support for health workers in difficult circumstances, suffering from serious illnesses, occupational diseases, or being abused or affected by natural disasters in the "Protecting White Blouse" program.
Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Thanh Binh - Chairman of Vietnam Health Trade Union expressed his hope that the branded products of the two units will reach union members at preferential prices.
This will help workers reduce costs, which means increasing their income. In addition, combining the signing of welfare cooperation and digital transformation will help union members and workers buy goods most conveniently.

Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Thanh Binh said that after signing, the Vietnam Medical Trade Union will deploy a document guiding the Health Trade Union level to implement the contents of the cooperation agreement between the Vietnam Medical Trade Union and the two partners to union members and workers at the units.
Along with that, introduce the cooperation program with the 2 partners on all communication channels of the Vietnam Health Trade Union so that cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers can understand the products, services and preferential policies of the 2 partners.
