At the meeting, delegates reviewed the glorious 96-year tradition of the Vietnam Trade Union. Looking back on the past, the Phu Tho Provincial Trade Union is proud of its important contributions to the socio-economic development of the province as well as the movement of workers and civil servants nationwide.
Generations of Trade Union cadres of the province have always been united, responsible, dedicated, and devoted to promoting the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers. Thereby, the role of the Trade Union organization is increasingly clearly affirmed, the Trade Union organization apparatus is increasingly strong, operating more effectively and efficiently.
In 2025, implementing the policy of reorganizing the apparatus of the political system, Phu Tho province and Vinh Phuc province, Hoa Binh province will merge to become Phu Tho province. For trade unions, this is an opportunity to restructure and strengthen the trade union organization in a streamlined and efficient manner, in line with the new administrative model.
From July 1, 2025, the Executive Committee of the Phu Tho Provincial Federation of Labor has 52 members, of which Mr. Ha Duc Quang holds the position of Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor; 5 Vice Chairmen include Mr/Ms: Pham Son, Phung Quang Vinh, Do Ngoc Anh, Hoang Thi Lan Huong and Khong Son Thanh.
The members of the Standing Committee include Mr/Ms: Nguyen Lan Huong, Pham Tien Dung, Tran Thi Giang, Quach Tan Cong, Dang Minh Tien, Tran Thien Diep, Bui Thi Thu Huong, Dao Manh Quy, Tran Thi Xuan, Phung Thi Ha, Bang Hai Ninh, Luong Thi Thu Hien, Hoang Minh Tuan, Le Thi Thuy Huong, Tong Duc Chien, Tran Phuong Dong.
After perfecting the organizational structure, the Phu Tho Provincial Federation of Labor will continue to closely follow the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the General Confederation of Labor, promote the tradition of solidarity, creativity, strongly innovate the content and methods of operation, strive to overcome all difficulties and challenges, and excellently complete assigned tasks. In particular, focus on taking more practical care of union members and workers; promote representation, protect legitimate rights and improve the effectiveness of Trade Union activities in the new situation.
