Strengthen and focus on "Improving the quality of grassroots union cadres"; participate with employers in taking practical measures to care for and improve working conditions, ensure jobs, material and spiritual life for union members and workers. Inspect and supervise the implementation of policies related to the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees such as wages, bonuses, social insurance, working conditions, occupational safety and hygiene, etc.
Improve the quality of negotiation and dialogue activities at the workplace, implement democratic regulations; negotiate and sign Collective Labor Agreements, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
