The marketing department used to have 4 people, now there are only 2 people. My salary has increased by about 1.5 million VND per month, but the workload has also increased accordingly," Mr. Cuong shared.
According to Mr. Cuong, with about 500,000 VND per month to use the paid version of the three AI tools, businesses can save significant personnel costs.
Previously, to make videos, design or write content, many people needed to coordinate. Now AI supports almost all stages, just one person who knows how to use it can complete the work quite effectively," he said.
Realizing this trend early, he actively self-studied more skills to avoid dependence on colleagues and improve competitiveness in the labor market.

According to Ms. Thuy, businesses want to take advantage of sales staff themselves to take photos, design communication content and record product introduction videos on digital platforms. Candidates who are willing to appear on screen are often offered higher salaries.
I am quite surprised because in the past, sales were mainly direct consulting. Now, if you want to have a better income, you must know more new skills," Ms. Thuy shared.
Meanwhile, Mr. Pham Van Chinh, a packager in Ninh Binh, also said that his job has changed significantly.
In addition to shipping and delivery support as before, he is now also responsible for replying to customer messages and confirming orders.
Instead of handling manually, Mr. Chinh self-studied and built an AI system to support answering common customer questions.
I spend about a day guiding AI to learn data and how to answer. The cost of using the software is only about 100,000 VND per month, but it can handle most common questions. Only when encountering new or complex situations, does AI transfer it to me to answer," Mr. Chinh said.
According to him, the application of AI not only helps reduce work pressure but also impresses managers. Thanks to this initiative, he received a salary increase and was assigned more important tasks.
Reality at many businesses shows that AI does not completely replace humans, but is changing the requirements for workers.
