+ Regarding the selection of locations, arrangement of working headquarters, conditions to ensure the operation of People's Councils, People's Committees, agencies, units; public housing after the arrangement of administrative units;

+ Regarding regimes, policies, salaries, responsibility allowances for cadres, civil servants, and public employees at the commune level after the reorganization, ensure balance, in accordance with the policy of saving and reducing budget expenditures for the apparatus...
+ Regarding the application of specific regimes and policies of administrative units after the reorganization. Regime and policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers affected when implementing the arrangement of administrative units.
Thus, the Government Party Committee on leadership and direction to issue regulations and instructions on the arrangement, assignment and implementation of regimes and policies for non-professional cadres at the commune level when implementing 02 local governments at all levels is expected to be completed before May 31, 2025.
