On October 26, the Yen Khanh Commune Trade Union held its 1st Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term. The Congress was attended by 108 outstanding delegates, representing more than 8,000 union members in the commune.
After the arrangement of the apparatus and implementation of local government at two levels, on September 5, 2025, the Yen Khanh Commune Trade Union was officially established, with 21 affiliated trade unions and more than 8,000 union members.
Immediately after its establishment, the Commune Trade Union quickly stabilized its organization and implementation of proactive, flexible, creative, correct and effective activities, contributing to becoming an important bridge between workers and the Party Committee and the government, arousing the labor movement in the area.
The work of caring for union members and employees has been implemented in many creative ways, bringing practical results.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the 1st Yen Khanh Commune Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, assessed the situation of workers in the area and the results of implementing the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress for the period 2023 - 2025. At the same time, determine the goals, targets, direction of tasks and solutions of the Commune Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.
For the 2025 - 2030 term, the Yen Khanh Commune Trade Union aims to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation in a practical, effective, and grassroots direction, better caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
The Congress sets out the main targets: Every year, 90% or more union members and employees are propagandized and learn about the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State and trade unions.
90% of enterprises and units have trade unions negotiating and signing collective labor agreements; 85% of non-state trade unions organize annual labor conferences.
During the term, at least 1,000 new union members were admitted; over 90% of grassroots unions completed their tasks well, of which 20% completed their tasks excellently, without any weak units.
Every year, 85% of female workers achieve the title of "Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level". Each year, there is at least one model of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" associated with the task of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members.
Yen Khanh Commune Trade Union also identified the task of promoting digital transformation, applying information technology, striving to have 100% of meeting documents digitized by the end of the term, 100% of meetings are not paper-based, 100% of information is transmitted via digital platform, and encourage union officials to apply artificial intelligence in their work.
At the Congress, representatives of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor announced the Decision of the Provincial Federation of Labor on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee and the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Yen Khanh Commune Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Yen Khanh Commune Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term consists of 9 people; the Standing Committee consists of 3 people and the Inspection Committee consists of 3 people.
Ms. Do Thi Bich Phuong was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Yen Khanh Commune Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term; Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Trang was appointed to hold the position of Vice Chairman; Ms. Vu Thi Anh Hong was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Inspection Committee.
The Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor also appointed a delegation of the Yen Khanh Commune Trade Union to attend the 1st Ninh Binh Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, including 3 delegates.
