According to the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, the transfer is a policy that has been carefully considered by the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation, based on closely following the regulations of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and also stemming from the practical requirements of the organization and operation of the Trade Union in the current period.
The transfer is not only a change in management focal points in terms of organization, but more importantly, it improves the efficiency of Trade Union activities at the grassroots level, ensuring that all activities of grassroots Trade Unions after handover are maintained stably and smoothly, without disrupting the rights of union members and employees.
Local trade unions receiving them need to develop plans, assign officials to monitor, guide, and support the activities of grassroots trade unions; promptly grasp the situation of union members and workers, especially in units with a large number of workers and many difficult circumstances. Strengthen coordination with local Party committees, authorities and functional agencies in the area to effectively perform the role of representing, caring for and protecting the rights of workers.
Grassroots Trade Unions continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, proactively and closely coordinate with Commune and Ward Trade Unions in the process of transfer and in organizing activities; strictly implement the regulations of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, ensuring that Trade Union activities at the unit are increasingly disciplined, effective, and substantive.
