Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation Pham Thu Huong visited, encouraged and awarded Nguyen Duc Canh scholarships to students in the boarding houses.

On August 12, Area Management Working Group No. 5 (Group 5) of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation (HCMC) visited and awarded Nguyen Duc Canh scholarships to students who are children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances, trying to improve their studies.

The working group led by Ms. Pham Thu Huong - Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, in charge of Group 5, visited and encouraged 5 cases of students who have overcome difficulties and studied well, at the boarding houses in Rach Dua ward, Phuoc Thang ward, Ba Ria ward.

At the destinations, Ms. Pham Thu Huong kindly asked about their family situation and their learning process. At the same time, they encouraged the children and their families to try to overcome the difficult circumstances.

On this occasion, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation also awarded Nguyen Duc Canh scholarships, worth 1 million VND/scholarship to encourage and support students and their families to overcome difficulties and strive to study well to become useful citizens for society.
