On September 14, authorized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Trade Union of BIDV Bank; Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with BIDV Bank, Tuyen Quang branch to organize a gift-giving program for students in particularly difficult circumstances in Pho Bang and Sa Phin communes.
Attending the program were Mr. Trieu Tai Phong - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Nguyen Duc Hanh - Director of BIDV Bank Tuyen Quang branch, local authorities, teachers and students of the two communes.

At the ceremony, delegates directly presented 100 gifts in cash (each worth 1 million VND) to 100 students in particularly difficult circumstances in Pho Bang and Sa Phin communes.
These meaningful gifts are a timely source of encouragement, helping the children's families have more funds to buy books and necessary school supplies.
This is an activity in response to the program "Accompanying Border Women", showing the spirit of "mutual affection" and social responsibility of the trade union organization as well as the banking industry towards the cause of education.
