On January 24, Mr. Nguyen Minh Son - Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic Committee - and his delegation visited and presented Tet gifts to union members and disadvantaged workers working at enterprises in 4 districts and cities of Tien Giang province. Also joining the delegation was Vice President of the Tien Giang Provincial Federation of Labor Ngo Thi Thuy Trang.
Speaking at the gift-giving ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Minh Son highly appreciated the work of the Trade Union at all levels of Tien Giang province in caring for the lives of workers and laborers in the recent past, as well as the work of caring for the Lunar New Year 2025 for workers. Many activities to protect the rights and provide practical and effective care for workers have been carried out, especially in difficult times, thereby contributing to ensuring security, order and social safety.
Mr. Son shared that the gifts today sent to union members and workers contribute to bringing a warm Tet, a beautiful spring to everyone. At the same time, Mr. Son sincerely thanks the workers who have been working and producing, contributing tirelessly to the socio-economic development of Tien Giang province.
On this occasion, Mr. Nguyen Minh Son presented 100 gifts (each worth 1.3 million VND) to union members and workers in difficult circumstances working at enterprises in 4 districts and cities of Tien Giang province.
