According to the Vietnam Education Union (CDGD), in the period 2023-2025, women's work and the emulation movement "Good at state affairs, good at housework" continue to be innovated, meeting the requirements and tasks of caring for, protecting, and developing the contingent of female cadres, teachers, and workers (CBNGNLD).
CDGD has directed trade union levels to improve the effectiveness of women's work, for the advancement of women (VSTBPN) and gender equality; continue to launch and implement the emulation movement "Good at state affairs, good at housework" associated with other emulation movements and campaigns among female CBNGNLD; direct the Mass Women's Committees of units to proactively advise and coordinate with the VSTBPN Committees at the same level to effectively implement women's work activities in accordance with the reality and aspirations of female union members; effectively perform the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of female CBNGNLD.
The Women's Union Committees at all levels of trade unions coordinate with the Women's Health and Safety Committees at the same level to develop activity programs according to the theme, organize many rich and meaningful activities and support female officials, civil servants, and laborers in training, professional development, scientific research, and encouraging self-study and self-research.
CDGD also focuses on contributing opinions to build legal documents related to female officials, CBNGNLD. Units proactively advise and coordinate to propose mechanisms and policies, take care of female CBNGNLD practically and effectively; regularly visit and support female CBNGNLD in difficult circumstances, suffering from dangerous diseases... Trade union levels have mobilized to donate 600 ao dai sets to give to female CBNGNLD in difficult circumstances, working in mountainous areas, remote areas.
The emulation movement "Good at state affairs - good at housework" associated with the movement "Women actively study, creatively work, build a prosperous, equal, progressive, and happy family" and "Building Vietnamese women in the new era" has become a regular and effective movement. Many female CBNGNLD excellently complete their tasks, set an example to take the lead; actively research science, create, innovate in teaching and management, participate in social activities, international cooperation...
Thanks to those efforts, in the period 2023-2025, CDGD had 1 collective and 2 individuals awarded Certificates of Merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in the emulation movement "Good at state affairs, good at home affairs" in the period 2020-2025; 53 collectives and 79 individuals were commended by all levels in CDGD; 25 female lecturers and scientists were commended by CDGD for their achievements in scientific research and innovation; 1 female union member was commended by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor with the title "Outstanding female grassroots trade union official"... Many units have 100% of female CBNGLD families achieving cultural families; over 95% of female CBNGNLD achieved "Good at school - good at home affairs".
