The Hanoi Employment Service Center said that, according to Decree No. 374/2025/ND-CP, applications for unemployment benefits include:
- Request to receive unemployment benefits according to Form No. 10 issued with the Decree.
- Documents confirming the termination of labor contracts, employment contracts or termination of employment.
- SOCIAL INSURANCE BOOK.
Within 3 months from the date of termination of the labor contract, employees submit 1 dossier directly at the Employment Service Center or submit through the National Public Service Portal.
In case workers encounter difficulties due to illness, maternity, accidents, natural disasters, epidemics or other force majeure events, dossiers can be submitted through authorized representatives or sent through postal services as prescribed.
