The activities of the Festival include teambuilding activities in the morning with the spirit of team connection, breaking limits, Community activities at noon with the content of sharing love, spreading responsibility.
Closing the Festival is the "Cultural Fire" Forum. Each content has the participation of employees. Of which, more than 200 CB CNV are divided into 4 teams, competing together in a series of 7 games: From strength running, tug of war, to modern physical challenges - thinking combined with traditional elements. Each game not only requires endurance and skill, but also promotes the spirit of coordination, information sharing as well as trust among members.
The employees also divided into groups to carry out 4 meaningful community activities, deeply demonstrating the "Responsible - Civilized" spirit of the enterprise. Thereby, nearly 100 trash bags were collected by the company's employees to carry out the message of green living and responsibility to the environment. The main highlight is "Sharing love" - a series of charity activities.
With a total value of nearly 125 million VND from voluntary contributions from the staff, the volunteer program is implemented simultaneously at 3 meaningful destinations. That is to give the Vung Tau City Children's Support Center 50 million VND to support essential items for nearly 100 orphans and disabled children; contribute 10 million VND to the "2,000 VND Meal" program to support the kitchen to serve people in difficult circumstances; give the Provincial Association of the Blind 150 gifts worth 65 million VND to blind members. At the end of the Festival, the Corporate Culture Forum took place in emotion when the company director directly expressed his gratitude to the staff for their companionship and efforts in all activities.
