In 2025, the Company's Party Committee closely followed the Group's direction, promoted the leadership role of the Party Committee; cadres, Party members and workers united to overcome difficulties, complete political tasks and production and business.
Production and business activities in 2025 will remain stable: Coal received in the period reached 13.166 million tons (reaching 100% of the plan); clean coal production reached 11.28 million tons (reaching 98.02% of the plan).
The average salary reached 14.75 million VND/person/month (reaching 101.62% of the plan).

The company has implemented 18 investment projects, completed 8 projects, transferred 10 projects to 2026, with a total implementation value of VND 180.926 billion; recorded 290 initiatives that made a profit of about VND 6 billion.
In 2025, the Company will continue to streamline its organizational structure: reduce 202 employees; reduce 54 production teams, 95 union groups; reduce 2 workshops and 1 room, by January 1, 2026, there will be 11 workshops, centers and 11 rooms. Currently, the Company has 2,854 employees.
Welfare and care for workers are focused on: organizing 1,000 employees to participate in welfare programs, health rehabilitation, domestic and international tours; periodic and thematic health check-ups for 8,586 people; recruiting 12 university-level workers; training and fostering over 2,030 people.
The company has done a good job of occupational safety and hygiene; actively participated in cultural, sports and social security activities with a total budget of over 650 million VND.

Entering 2026, Cua Ong Coal Team sets the goal of "Solidarity - Safety - Innovation - Development", striving to complete the plan assigned by the Group; maintaining labor safety; taking care of jobs, income and workers' lives; maintaining harmonious and stable labor relations; striving to admit 16 or more party members, over 90% of party cell and party members to complete their tasks well.
In 2026, the Company aims to buy more than 10.7 million tons of coal; produce and consume over 10 million tons of clean coal.
